"Our customers don't care how much we know until they know how much we care" is his mantra and his reality.  In 2010, over 80% of the team's business came through past clients and referrals, a testament to Josh's ongoing relationships with all he meets.

Josh graduated the Leadership Utah Association of Realtors Class of 2004, served on the Government Affairs committee, the Young Professionals Council, served 3 years on the International Agent Leadership Council, and in various leadership positions outside the REALTOR community and started Utah's most successful chapter of BNI (Business Networking International).
